In-shop estimate

With this option, a reference number will be provided once this form has been submitted. The unit will be completely disassembled; its components will be cleaned and inspected. A detailed estimate including; labour, machining (if required), and the necessary parts will be provided for your approval.

Budgetary estimate (Without sending the machine; available for certain models only)

This will include disassembly, cleaning, installation and supply of normal wear parts, reassembly, and painting of the unit.

IMPORTANT: Once your repair estimate request for an in-shop evaluation is received, AIRCOM will generate a form with a reference number. This number must be affixed to your unit before shipping it to us.

Always ship equipment PREPAID and securely fastened to a pallet when the weight exceeds 75 lbs.

Note: Estimation fees will apply if the repair is not approved.

If we do not receive your instructions within 90 days following the submission of the estimate, Aircom reserves the right to return the equipment at your expense or to dispose of it.
