The Gardner Denver PureAir TVS is an ISO 8573-1 Class 0 (2010) certified oil-free two-stage variable speed rotary screw air compressor, available from 75 to 476 HP (55 to 355 kW), delivering up to 1,809 ACFM (50.7 m³/min) with noise levels as low as 62 dB(A). Class 0 oil-free air, variable speed efficiency
The PureAir TVS delivers guaranteed 100% oil-free compressed air, certified ISO 8573-1 Class 0. No oil is injected into the compression chamber, so the compressor cannot introduce oil into your process or your product.
Its integrated variable speed drive continuously adjusts motor speed to actual air consumption, making it the right choice for plants with variable or fluctuating demand in pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, electronics and other regulated environments.

The PureAir TVS uses the same airend architecture as the PureAir T. Its rotors and housings are protected by GD RotorArmor™, a coating that creates both a chemical and a mechanical bond with the metal. According to Gardner Denver, some manufacturers use a soft PTFE-graphite top layer that seals well at first but wears quickly, reducing performance by 10% or more. RotorArmor is designed to maintain efficiency throughout the life of the compressor.
